Registration

Having run and officiated races for years led me to believe that registration is the epi-center of a bicycle race. There is no more important function to get right at a race then the first thing the rider sees; and that is registration. I can offer registration services that will make this most important function as painless as possible for a race organizer, by doing all the work from organizing pre-registration, setting up number pickup and day-of registration, and post-event accounting of funds. This will allow a race promoter to concentrate on other parts of the race to improve their event overall.

The fees for this service are as follows:

• $1.00 per rider per day
• Reimbursement of travel expenses to, during, and from the event, to include, but not be limited to, the following:  Mileage to, during, and from the event at the current United States Internal Revenue Services reimbursement rate (For 2019 that is $.58/mile), accommodations the evening before each day of racing (subject to a limit of $125/night), and a per diem of $30/day for meal expenses incurred not during the active racing time period.
