Results
Being able to provide full results at an event has transformed from a luxury to the expected in recent years. So having a reliable, cost-effective results service at your event can increase your event from a good one to a great one.
Atwood Racing Services offers results services that allows small to mid-sized races to have results gathering capabilities just like their bigger counterparts, for a reasonable cost. Charges are per rider, so all races, small, large, or anything in between, can provide what racers are looking for, where they finished in the contest.
My results services provide full results with every rider accounted for and assigned a completed time. Results are provided in PDF format for promoters to place on their event website, and full results will be downloaded to USA Cycling's website for those events that are sanctioned by USA Cycling. Results can also be transmitted to any media outlets upon request and relevant information on the outlet. The results submitted to the promoter and media outlets will contain all relevant information required and requested, including all the information needed for USAC upgrade coordinators to determine any upgrade points earned for riders that participated in the event, including those competing in multiple categories.
The fees for this service are as follows:
- Road events (road race, criterium, time trial): $1.75 per rider per day (a 10% discount is given with at least 300 participants, and a 15% discount is given with at least 500 participants. Events with 2 stages in one day pay $1.25 per rider for the 2nd stage (usually a time trial or hill climb).
- Off-road events (mountain bike cross-country, cyclocross): $2.25 per rider per day (a 10% discount is given with at least 300 participants, and a 15% discount is given with at least 500 participants.
- Reimbursement of travel expenses to, during, and from the event, to include, but not be limited to, the following: Mileage to, during, and from the event at the current United States Internal Revenue Services reimbursement rate (For 2019 that is $.58/mile), accommodations the evening before each day of racing (subject to a limit of $125/night), and a per diem of $30/day for meal expenses incurred not during the active racing time period.
