Omnium format is the following: Top 15 finishers in the Circuit Race will receive 30,28,26,24,22,20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2 points. The Points Race will have intermediate sprints every 5 laps, for which the top 5 will receive 10,7,5,3,1 points each sprint, and the final sprint for which the top 10 riders will earn 20,14,10,8,6,5,4,3,2,1 points. Winner of the omnium is the rider with the highest total points. Ties will be broken by the order of place in the final sprint of the points race.

USA Cycling license required for all events. Riders without USA Cycling licenses can purchase a one-day license at registration for $10. Pre-registration is available online through BikeReg.com until 24 hours before first race. Online service fee based on Bikereg.com standard service fee rates applies. Snail-mail registrations (please include legible USA Cycling Standard Entry Form) can be sent with a check payable to Atwood Racing Services to Alan Atwood, 4 Harvest Ln, Nashua, NH 03063; snail-mail entries must be received by Thursday, June 16th. Number pickup and day of registration will be available from 5:00pm until 20 minutes before scheduled start time for all fields; add a $5 surcharge to day-of entries per day.
Helmets are required at all times during the weekend and jerseys must have sleeves (no tank-tops or vests). There is no warming up on the course at any time; infractions will subject riders to disciplinary action and/or disqualification from the event.
Circuit race will be run under road racing rules with the exception that lapped riders may work with riders on the lead lap. Neutral support will drive behind the field to provide support; there will not be a pit and no free lap will be available.
Points race will be run under USAC criterium rules, with the exception that riders gaining a lap on the main field will have 20 points added to their total, and riders losing a lap on the main field will have 20 points deducted from their total. All sprint points will be awarded to the first riders at the front of the race.
